➤ CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel or make any changes, please reach out to us immediately. Once the order has been sent to production, the order is considered "Final Sale" and is not eligible for changes or cancellations.
➤ RETURN POLICY:
We take great pride in every order we build. Since every order we make is handmade to order to buyers size & color specifications, we do not accept returns.
➤ DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
Unfortunately damages happen from time to time. We know how frustrating that can be. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will need pictures of the item and the damaged box to file a claim. Please send to info@shopcarolinamade.com
➤ ERROR OR INCORRECT ITEM:
We are only human and occasionally mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item or if there is an error in production and we are at fault, we will replace the item at no charge to you. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.
➤ LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
If an order does not reach the intended address and is deemed lost, we will contact the carrier and report the package so that an investigation can begin. If the order cannot be located, a new order will be sent to the customer.
We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier. We will contact the carrier to verify that the order was indeed shipped to the correct address, but the customer is responsible for contacting the local authorities to report the stolen packages. We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items.
