SHIPPING INFORMATION

➤ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are made to order. This means your order will not be created until it has been submitted. Your order will be processed in the order it was received. Most orders will ship within 2-4 business days. Please understand that shipping may be delayed during the Holiday season & busier times.

➤ DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING FOR MY ORDER?
Yes! Once your order has been packaged and is ready to be dropped you will receive a shipping notification by email. It will be sent to the email used to place the order. If you ordered multiple items, there is a chance the order will be split and shipped in different packages. Our main priority is getting your items to you safely which means some items are packaged separately. You will receive separate shipping notification if that is the case.

➤ CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION?
Yes! Please message us as soon as possible after placing the order to updated the address information. If your order has already been sent to production, we will be unable to edit the shipping address for you. Our email is info@shopcarolinamade.com

➤ MY ORDER IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
If the order is returned to us due to wrong or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

➤ CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES ON ONE ORDER?
No, items will only ship to ONE address per order. If you are purchasing multiple items to go to different recipients, then the orders must be placed individually.

➤ DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We currently only offer shipping within the USA right now. We hope to add Canada soon.

Please Note: Our items are shipped USPS/FEDEX/UPS. They do experience delays within their system. We can not be help responsible for orders that take longer to arrive than estimated.
